The silver oval Torah shield consists of a plate.

The center depicts a bouquet of three big flowers and leaves radiating from a vase. The vase is decorated with vertical grooved bands, set on a long conical base which is topped by an ovalic globular shape. In the lower part of the shield two rocais from which leaves are radiating symmetricaly. Two grooved bands which inter a pattern of a scroll frame the shield. Inside it, in the trefoil upper part of the shield A dedicatory inscription is writen in two lines ,the lower line is underneath the band, in square filled letters. It reads from right to left: "הקדש לק"ק )לקהל קדוש( אלגזי יב"ץ )יראו בנחמת ציון(##שדי" "Dedicated to the holy congregation Algazy may they witness the comfort of zion, Shadai"

One ring is attached to the lower part of the shield. A long chain is inserted through two rings connected to both ends of the arch which tops the shield.
