The silver rimon consists of a shaft, a body,a head and an apex ## The shaft is tapering cylindercal and has a slant cut bottom. It is surmounted by a globular capital. The pear shaped body is mounted over a bowl-shaped base and is surmounted by a collar to which eight rings are attached. A chain carrying flattened and slit drop shaped bell is hung on each ring. The body is decorated with two cartouches one bearing a floral pattern while the second bears a dedicatory inscription. The inscription is chased in squere outlined letters and reads: ! קודש לה' ##לעלוי נר'ן)=נשמת הרבנית( המ')=המנוחה( שרה מלכה נ'ע)=נוחה עדן( א')=אשת( ששון רחמים ##יעקב מאיר אברהם כהן היו')=ה' יחיהו ויזכהו(!## !Dedicated to the Lord ##For the exaltation of the soul of the Rabbi's wife The latest Sara Malka May she rest in Eden The wife of Sasson Rahamim ##Yakov Meir Avraham Kohen May the Lord sustain him and grant him favour! The head has an onion shape decorated with slices . A bud shaped apex is mounted over the head.
