The rectangular Torah case wrapper is made of cotton velvet. It consist of three frames, a rectangular frame in the centre flanked by a square frame at either side. The squares are decorated with a flower consist of four petals depicting the corners.The rectanguler frame is decorated with a floral motif and bears a dedicatory inscription. Ribbons decorated with a wavy branch pattern are attached to the borders of the wrapper. Fringes are attached to the lower border of the wrapper. Seven loops are sewn to the wrapper's upper border.
The wrapper has cotton lining.
The dedicatory inscription is embroidered in silver linear letters, and reads:
