The silver Torah coronet is divided into two parts:
The round base is decorated with vertical strips, surmounted by medallions bearing an inscription in square linear letters and reads:
On the first medallion: "כתר תורה מקנת כסף מאת ק"ק )קהילה קדושה( גברת יב"ץ )יראו בנחמת ציון(" "Torah crown bought by holy community Madam(Senora?)may they will be granted to see the grace of Zion". On the second medallion: "בחדש שבו ניתנה התורה משנת התרנ"א" "In the month of Torah giving [Sivan] of the year 5651 [1891]"
On the third medallion: "בא סימן הביאו לפני המלך את שאר" "Came the sign they brought the rest" On the fourth medallion: "הכסף ויעשוהו כלים לבית ה' לפ"ג )לפרט גדול( 1565" "the money before the king...were made vessels for the house of the Lord" (Chron.2 24:14) 5651 [1891]"
The medallions are encircled by undulate bands of a twisted strip and a flower intermittently. The upper part is decorated with foliages bearing flowers and buds. Four round medallions are depicted between the foliages,each bear a bouquet of flowers in the center. The coronet terminates with wavy edges, decorated with scrolls.
A square bar with square openings is screwed in the base to the staves.
