The silver Torah shield consists of a plate and a hanger. The rectangular and arched plate bears in its center a dedicatory inscription enclosed in a foliate scrolled crest. The inscription reads:
ירחמיאל בן חיי' פייגא
"Yerahmiel ben Haya Feige".
Each side of the crest is symmetrically decorated by a cylindrical and tapering pillar, each surmounted by a vegetal shaped capital and a backward-looking lion with an extending tongue and a twisted tale. The lions hold together a bowl of flowers which is topped by two pecking birds. The plate's edges are decorated with vegetal motifs. The lower part bears an inscription, which reads:
עטיל.בת.מרים.ביילא.לרפואה.
"Etil daugther of Miriam Beila for recovery [from illness]".
The plate is hung by two rings attached to its back.
