The silver Torah Finial consists of a shaft,a body and an apex. The shaft is cylindrical and is supported by a round raised base. The edge of the base is decorated with a floral motif, the central strip is decorated with foliate scrolls, above this strip there is an inscription in square filled letters which reads:
"אליעזר פרידמאן" "Eliezer Friedman"
The connecting point of the base and the body is decorated with upsidedown acanthus leaves and rightside up sections that surround the bottom of the shaft.
The shaft is smooth.##The body is shaped like a crown with six arms shaped like leaves. There is a bell within the crown. The crown is surmounted by an apex shaped like a spread winged bird sitting on an upsidedown lily with a ring in its mouth.
