The silver Torah finials consist of a shaft,a body and an apex.
The cylindrical tapering shaft is encircled at the bottom and top by a ring decorated with a pattern of five dots and diagonal grooves intermittently. A pattern of a band of scrolls is twisted around the shaft. The hexagonal tower-shaped body is mounted over an upside down dome. The facets are decorated with two patterns intermittently:
1. A flower and branches radiating from a vase, framed by scrolls which bear flowers in the corners and a ribbon at the lower center.
2. A branch which bears scrolls and termiates with a bud, ratiating from an arched base, framed by a rectangular row of dots. A row of dots decorates either side of the facets.
The top and base of the facets are framed by a pattern of pairs of diagonal grooves and three dots intermittently. Six rings are attached to the upper edges of the facets and carry chains with bells. The tapering upper part of the body is composed of six facets surmounted by a dome. Each of the trapezoid facets is decorated with a six petals flower and two leaves and a clove in each of the corners. The trapezoids are framed by a grooved pattern. The lower part of the dome is decorated with a pattern of scrolls with flowers. The upper part of the dome bears an inscription in square filled letters which reads sircumferly:
"הקודש תתת את ציץ ניזיר"
"The holyness-(dedicated to)........."
The apex is a hand shape set on a dome.
