The exterior shows four stories: The lower one has five empty arches; the second floor has six peopled arches, with the three central ones containing quadriga and facing figure; the third floor has seven arches with figures; the upper story has six rectangular openings with globes and squares. The interior of the building shows an upper floor with ten compartments with people. Below it, a second floor is full of spectators. The pit is crowded with people, has a central arch and gang-ways to the left and right. To the left of the building is a obelisk and to the right is a building with two stories. Border of dots.
