Ets Hayim Synagogue, which was in danger of collapse, has been stabilized with the financial support received from the USA Embassy in Turkey in 2014. Between 2018-2021, the detailed conservation works were held with a fund from the Izmir Development Agency and the Jewish Community Foundation of İzmir. At present, the conserved synagogue is in use as a venue for activities: The basement as an exhibition space, the main hall for artistic performances, and the upper floor as a study room for workshops and meetings.
