An inscription over the crown in square filled letters reads: "כתר תורה"

A blank rectangular movable plaque is located below, it is framed by a repeating scroll pattern.

Below the plaque is the first word of the dedicatory inscription, the square filled letters read: "זה" "This". The dedicatory inscription is continued on the oval cartouche below, the square filled letters read:

הציץ / שייך לחבורא / שומרים לבוקר / דפה ייאלי סאוועט

"Ziz belongs to the society of watchers till the morning,  Yelesaviet"

It is flanked by two lions rampant regardant who each raise a claw to form a frame for the first word of the inscription.

Two ionic-corinthian pillars wrapped in a flowered vine flank the composition.
