Description 
Within the fenced enclosure of Kahal Kedosh Beth Elohim Synagogue, there is a long narrow garden area between the street fence and the south flank of the synagogue building. At the far (east) end of this against a perimeter wall is a low irregularly shaped stone boulder (or concrete?) into which is set a bronze commemorative plaque.
