 Some of the funds needed for the construction of the synagogue were received from Rothschild family from Frankfurt am Main. Solemn consecration took place on September 6, and the synagogue was ceremonially opened by rabbi Meyer Landsberger from Rawicz and rabbi Gedalje Tiktin from Wrocław.
