Below are two metal plates with text in Lithuanian and Hebrew. The monument stands on a foundation covered with rusted metal. Next to it is a rectangular granite block with the metal date 1941 attached to it. Both the monument and the block stand on a paved stone platform, which is raised above the ground and covered with rusted metal around the edges. The platform is asymmetrical in shape. Nearby is a typical information stand with information about the Holocaust in Zapyškis in Lithuanian and English.
