SIE WURDE IM JAHRE 1878 ERBAUT UND BEI
DEN NATIONALSOZIALISTISCHEN GEWALTTATEN
GEGEN UNSERE JÜDISCHEN MITBÜRGER AM 9. NOV. 1938 ZERSTÖRT

Translation: Near this spot stood the synagogue. / It was built in the year 1878 and was destroyed during / the National Socialist acts of violence / against our Jewish fellow citizens on November 9, 1938.
