Description:
The monument is located in the Western Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. The monument consists of a stone slab, with its top part carved diagonally. The slab is inscribed with Hebrew text. Next to the slab is a small structure with a metal door, inscribed in Hebrew, which holds scrolls listing the names of the victims. Surrounding the monument is a metal fence, artistically shaped to depict human figures with raised hands, symbolizing cries for help.

Translation: A memorial for the martyrs of the community of / Rovno / and Volhynia / who were annihilated and perished / in the Holocaust of Europe / 5702-5706 (1941-1945) / May their souls be bound in the bundle of life / And I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed [Joel 4:21] / And their memory shall never depart from among us.
