Description

The following description was prepared by William Gross:

This amulet is hung on the wall of the house to protect the home and all those in it, granting good wishes to the master of the house and successful pregnancies to his wife. The talisman also protects against Lilith and other evil spirits. The hand of Yosef is present, as Yosef was immune to the effect of evil spirits.

This amulet was MADE FOR GUARDING THE HOME.  Depicted on the amulet are a hamsa containing formula invoking Joseph and a Magen david containing the 14 letter Name and other writing. The main text is a "Yehi Ratzon" with blessings for pregnancy, invoking the Matriarchs and Meir Ba'al Hanes.
