Description

This text was prepared by William Gross: This is a book in German about ritual slaughter and kashrut.  The Hebrew name of the book, "Iggeret Mordechai", is a reference to the name of the author. Included in the text are illustrations and at the end of the book is a large folding plate showing all the different areas for checking the internal organs of an animal.
