Description

This text was prepared by William Gross:

In line with the regular beautiful printing from the 1820's in Verona, this Haggadah is the second copy to appear in the Gross Family Collection. But, as opposed to the first copy, B.2182, this volume is in the way of the Ashkenazim rather than the Sefaradim as is the first copy.  Both carry the very fine etching on the page opposite the title page. The number of pages differs between them as well as the image above the name of the city on the title. In this case it is a picture of the coliseum of the city.
