A large booklet concerning ritual slaughter and checking written in English, Hebrew and Yiddish published in a small town in the United States. It contains a large fold out image of the lungs with the explanation of what to examine. This image is almost identical to another two in the Gross Family Collection, one in a German book and the other issued as a single sheet in Jerusalem.
