  Hanukkah lamp, Yemen, 19th century

The stone Hanukah^lamp consists of one unit and is composed of a row of oil containers a back wall and a shamash.

The oil containers are eight rectangular spouted depressions carved into the stone. The triangular back wall is decorated with three columns, between which are two tablets. On the right tablet is a depiction of a jug, beneath which is a relief inscription carved in square letters which reads: "פך השמן" "The Oil^Jug"

On the left tablet is a Magen^David inscribed in it center with the word: "ציון" "Zion"

Below it is inscribed: "מגן דוד" "Magen David"

The upper sides of the back wall are decorated with a floral pattern.

The Shamash is a rectangular spouted depression carved into the center of the back wall's upper side. There are two holes on each side of the center column
