  Tiered Seder plate , 1940

The round tiered Seder plate consists of three trays, three legs, six bowls and an apex.

The three plates' borders bear dedicatory inscription in Hebrew and are surmounted by a round flat top. The plates are supported by three column shaped legs which have a round and raised base, and an undulating capitals bearing inscriptions: פסח % מרור % מצה "Pesah % Maror % Mazah"

A dedicatoty inscription in Hungarian encircles the top's edge. On the top of the plates is a tapering shaft which holds six small bowls. It is surmounted by an apex in the shape of a flat Star^of^David. The apex bears the design of a cup and an inscription, and reads: כוס אליהו "Elijah's Cup" The dedicatory inscription starts at the upper plate towards the lowers one , in three vertical columns. It is engraved in linear letters, and reads: אברהם % כהן % משה יעקב % יצחק % אליהו יצחק % לוי % אהרן לזכרון נשמת אמו ## בת יהושע מרדכי ## מרת פעסל ע"ה )עליה השלום( מאת בנה ## ת"ש 0491 ## יוסף-בן-גבריאל "Abraham % Cohen % Moses Jacob % Isaac % Elijah Isaac % Levi % Aaron" "In the the memory of the soul of his mother##daughter of Joshua Mordecai##Mrs. Pesl, may she rest in peace (int.)"##From her son##(5)700=1940##Joseph son of Gabriel"
