The Jews of Radekhiv, Poland (Radekhiv, Ukraine), who perished in the Holocaust.

Description:
The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, among dozens of other Holocaust memorials erected by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives.

The monument is a dark stone monument shaped like a rough boulder, bearing a metal relief inscription. It stands on a light stone base and is surrounded by four short stone pillars connected by metal chains. On the base, there is a small stone structure with a metal door. Attached to the monument is a stone wall featuring an engraving of the community's synagogue. A small urn is placed on the base of the monument.

The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community’s memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size.The inscriptions indicate that the monument contains a scroll listing the names of the Jewish community’s victims.

Translation: Memorial stone/in memory of the martyrs of the Holocaust/who perished in Radziechów (today, Radekhiv), Łopatyn (today Lopatyn), Witków (today Novyi Vytkiv), Chołojów (today Vuzlove), Toporów (today Toporiv), Stanisławczyk (today Stanislavchyk), Strzemilcze (today Stremilche), Szczurowice (today Shchurovychi), Uwin (Uvyn), Baryłów (Baryliv), Wolica (Volytsia), Wygoda, Skrylow, Zawidcze (today Zavydche), Mikołajów (today Mykolaiv), Dmytrów (today Dmytriv), Sieńków (today Synkiv), Niestanice (today Nestanychi). // O earth, do not cover their blood/and let their cry have no resting place/May God avenge their blood [Job 16:18]
