Description:
The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, alongside many other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. It is a a light-colored stone slab set on a stone base, with a small flat slab in front and two short pillars connected by a metal chain. A nearby panel bears metal plaques with victims’ names. The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community’s memory. The community names are emphasized through the use of a larger font size. One of the inscriptions indicates that the monument contains the ashes of the Jews who perished in the Holocaust.

As can be seen on the Ghetto Fighters' House Archive website, the original monument was surrounded by six short stone pillars connected by a metal chain. In addition, there was a small stone box placed beside the main monument, inscribed with the words
Translation: Names of the Martyrs
which housed scrolls listing the names of the community's victims. On top of the stone chest stood a vessel-like structure containing a large candleholder.
