Description:
The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. The monument consists of a dark granite slab with a rough texture, featuring a relief of a Star of David connected to a stem-like shape, resembling a flower. At its base lies a wide, flat light-colored stone slab. To the right of the monument stands a stone panel inscribed with the names of victims from the community. The monument is enclosed by a metal fence. The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community’s memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size. The inscriptions indicate that the monument contains a scroll listing the names of the Jewish community’s victims and their ashes.
