Description:
The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. The monument is made of light-colored stone, sculpted with rounded sides and a conical-arched top. The upper part features a relief in the shape of a strip with a pointed lower edge, textured like bricks. The monument stands on a stone base, on which a semicircular black memorial candle stand is placed. The monument is enclosed by a metal fence shaped like menorahs. The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community’s memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size.
