The Jews of Zolotyi Potik, Poland (Potok Złoty, Ukraine), and the surrounding communities who perished in the Holocaust.

Description:

The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. The monument consists of a light-colored stone slab standing on a stone base. On the base, there is also a small flat stone plaque. There are two short columns from the left. The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community's memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size.

Translation:

Memorial monument to the martyrs of the Jewish community of Potok Złoty and the surrounding area/who perished in the Holocaust/5701–5705 [1941–1945]/May God avenge their blood/ For these things I weep/my eye, my eye runs down with water (Lamentations 1:16).
