Description:
The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. The monument consists of an inverted black granite triangular slab, supported on both sides by light-colored stone walls featuring black stripes. It stands on a stone and black granite base, with a flat stone plaque placed in front of it. The monument is surrounded by a black metal fence designed with raised hands alongside metal candles. In the center of the fence, directly opposite the monument, a metal chain is placed. To the left of the monument, there is a stone structure intended for memorial candles. Today, the right section of the monument is broken.The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community's memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size. One of the inscriptions indicates that the monument contains the ashes of the Jews who perished in the Holocaust.

Translation:
Siemiatycze
Behold, I will open your graves/and lift you out of your graves, My people/and bring you/to the land of Israel (Ezekiel 37:12).

פה הוטמן אפר שהובא
מטרבלינקה שם הושמדו
בני עירנו הקדושים הי"ד
Translation:
Here lies ashes brought from Treblinka/where the holy martyrs of our city were exterminated/May God avenge their blood.
On the stone structure, in Hebrew:
נר ה' נשמת אדם
Translation:
The candle of the Lord is the soul of man [Proverbs 20:27].
