The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. The monument consists of a stone slab featuring a relief of a menorah with six candles, symbolizing the six million Jews who perished in the Holocaust. On both sides of the monument, there are panels listing the names of the victims from the community. The slab stands on a stone base, which bears a plaque, and is surrounded by four stone pillars connected by a metal chain.
