The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives.
The monument is a framed hand-written list of Jews of Wielopole Skrzyńskie, who perished in the Holocaust. The list of martyrs (megilat ha-kdushim) is written on paper and protected by plexiglass.
