Description:
The monument is located in the Southeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. The monument consists of a light stone slab featuring an image of a Menorah at the top. It is mounted on a stone base, with a short stone panel positioned behind it. At the front, two short stone columns are connected by a metal chain, which is now broken. At the foot of the slab, there are two dark plaques. Additionally, two memorial candle holders, each adorned with a Star of David, flank the slab. The monument bears Hebrew and Yiddish inscriptions honoring the community's memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size. One of the inscriptions indicates that the monument contains the ashes of the Jews, who perished in the Holocaust.
