Obj. ID: 55509
Jewish printed books Azmin le-Se'udati Ushpezin....., Satu Mare (Szatmárnémeti, Sathmar, Satmar), circa 1930
The following description was prepared by William Gross:
This lavishly design sukkah plaque is from Europe, although there exists a later version printed in Eretz Israel. The plaque is decorated with illustrations of the holy places and the 4 animals from the Pirkei Avot. The names of 7 patriarchs are displayed as well. The illustration of the Kotel is very non-standard.
