The Jews of Shavli, Lithuania (today Šiauliai, Lithuania), who perished in the Holocaust.

Description:
The monument is located in the Western Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. 

The monument consists of a tall, abstract stone sculpture, set on a stone base with a dark plaque inscribed in Hebrew. The sculpture is composed of two parts that form a candle-like shape in the space between them.

פה נטמן עפר מגיא הריגה ביער קוז' 

  Translation: Eternal Flame / In memory of the Jews of Shavli (Šiauliai, Lithuania) / and the surrounding areas / who perished in the Holocaust / Here lies earth from the mass killing site in the Kuziai Forest
