The silver candlestick consists of a base, a shaft and a socket cup. ##The base is round and graded and it has four foliate legs. The base is decorated with foliate rows and in the middle it bears a dedicatory inscription. The shaft is cylindrical and undulating . The centre of it is decorated with a vertical foliate pattern. The upper border of the shaft is decorated with a geometrical band. A vase like socket cup with a protruding rim is mounted over the top of the shaft. The bottom of the socket cup is decorated with a linear geometrical pattern. The centre of the socket cup bears a stylized decoration of a floral wreath. The dedicatory inscription is engraved in full letters and reads: נדבת מרת שרה שלזינגר לבית המרמילר הוקדשו לזכר בנה דוד בן אליעזר שלזינגר תשל!א)תרס!ט-תשל!א( ! Donation of Mrs Sara Schlesinger Hammermuller dedicated in memory of her son David, son of Eli'ezer Schlesinger, (5)731=(1971). (5)669=(1909)-(5)731=(1971)!
