The plaque is affixed to the memorial fence and bears identical inscriptions in Ukrainian, Hebrew, and English.

Нова огорожа єврейського кладовища була встановлена Неприбутковим
товариством зі збереження й захисту єврейських кладовищ у Східній Європі
(ESJF) за сприяння Федеративної Республіки Німеччина в памʼять про
загиблу в роки Шоа єврейську громаду с. Верба та прилеглих районів.
Попередній проект був виконаний вихідцями з с. Верба
братами Авраамом Бендавідом-Валем та Марвіном Бендавідом (США).

הגדר החדשה לבית הקברות היהודי של ורבה הוקמה בהתאם ליוזמה אירופאית לבתי קברות יהודיים
(ESJF) בחודש מאי שנת 2017 בתמיכה כספית מרפובליקה גרמניה, לזכר של יהודי ורבה ופרבריה
אשר נרצחו בתקופת השואה. הפרויקט הוקם על בסיס של הפרויקט הקודם אשר מומש על ידי אחים
אברם בן-דויד-ול ומרווין בן-דויד (ארה”ב) אשר הם צאצאי ורבה 

English:

The new fence at the Jewish Cemetery of Verba was erected by the ESJF European
Jewish Cemeteries Initiative in May 2017 with financial support from the Federal
Republic of Germany, in memory of Jews from Verba and surrounding areas who
were murdered during the Shoah. The restoration built on an earlier project at this
site undertaken by brothers and Verba descendants, Avrom Bendavid-Val and 
Marvin Bendavid (USA).
