The same title page appears in Razuf Ahavah by Solomon ben Abraham Algazi in Frankfurt an der Oder in 1692 (see here) and in Sefer Tiferet ha-Kodesh by Solomon ben Israel of Zhovkva printed in Prague in 1713 (see here).
Note by Ekaterina Oleshkevich: as Yaari explained, this frame was first used by the Amsterdam printer Joseph Athias in 1677. The scene pictured on the wings of the eagle depicts Joseph and Jacob descending to Egypt and features a hint at the printer's name - Joseph. Afterwards, his son, Immanuel, used this frame for the books he printed. However, it was imitated frequently by other printers in different places (see Abraham Yaari. Hebrew Printer's Marks. Jerusalem, 1943. P. 149-150). This is one of such imitations.
