REVERSE: Victory stands to the left of a palm tree and faces right. She is nude to the waist, he left foot rests on a helmet, and she writes on a shield hanging diagonally from the palm tree. To the right of the tree, a mourning Jewess sits on a cuirass facing the right. She is draped and veiled, her head is propped on her left hand, her left elbow rests on her knee, and her legs are bent. A Latin circumscription reads: VICTORIA AVGVSTI. On either side of the figures: S C, "Senatus Consultum". Border of dots. OBVERSE: Head of Vespasian.
