The round plate is composed of a hexagonal piece, surrounded by six four-sided wedged pieces. the base of each piece is recessed. Painted on the central piece are the four languages of redemption from the Passover Haggadah:

"והוצאתי והצלתי וגאלתי ולקחתי"

Each piece has a raised dotted border and on each of the wedged pieces a corresponding items of the seder plate: "זרוע ,ביצה ,מרור ,כרפס ,חומץ ,חרוסת"

From top right: Zero'a(shankbone); Bezah(egg); Maror(Bitter herbs); Karpas (greens); Hometz (vinegar); Haroset(mixture symbolizing mortar) 

Summary and Remarks

The inclusion of vinegar instead of horse-radish indicates the custom of certain community.The order of the six pieces was not clear from the display or the object, and it is possible that the order may be reversed right-left.

On the back side. The hallmark is an impressed inverted beehive with two solid horizontal strips.
The letters "CQJH" are impressed on the back of the center piece, and the letters "MTJH" are impressed on the backs of the wedged pieces.
