Psalm 148 is written in large, very bold Hebrew cursive letters with illustrations in twenty uneven lines on the upper part of the sheet. The title of the Psalm is written in two lines at the bottom of the page. The top line is written in Hebrew cursive letters and the lower line in Latin block letters as follows: תהלים קמ"ח PSALMS CXLVIII. The first five lines are written in smaller letters than the rest of the paragraph. A wing is depicted at the end of line 3, illustrating: "Praise ye him, all his angels" (148:2). On line 5, a sun is depicted after the words "sun" (148: 3) and a crescent moon after the word "moon"/ הללוהו שמש וירח. On line 6 the word "light" ( 148:3) appears at the end of the line and is written in very large, bold block letters with beams of light emanating from it אור. On line 7, the word "heavens of" is written in larger bolder letters than the rest of the line. A rectangle with three horizontal compartments, symbolizing earth, sky and water is depicted at the end of lines 7-8, after the words: "waters that be above שמי. At the begining of line 8 the word "Let them praise" (148: 5) is written even bolder. The word "decree" (148:6) on line 9 is written in block letters חק. A long alligator with an open mouth is depicted at the end of line 10 after the word "dragons" (148:7). A black patch signifying a pit is depicted in line 11 after the word "deep" (148:7) written in large, bold letters. A bonfire is depicted after the word "fire" and swirls suggesting smoke depicted after: "vapor" at the end of the line (148:8). The words "fulfilling his word" (148: 8) on line 12 are written in very bold letters. On line 13, three mountains are depicted after the word "Mountains" (148:8). On the same line three hills are drawn after the word "hills" (148:9) at the end of the line and apple illustrates the words "fruitful tree" (148:9) written in very bold letters. עץ פרי The small letters in lines 13-15 are equal in size to the Hebrew letters in lines 1-5. On line 13 a cedar tree is drawn after the word "cedars" (148:9). A bull's head is drawn after the word "cattle" (148:10). A flying bird is drawn at the end of the line. On line 14 a stretch limosine is depicted after the words "Kings of earth" (148:11) and a snake's head is depicted at the end of the line after the word "judges of the earth". The word "people" on the same line is written in bolder lettering לאמים. On line 15 the words "old men and children" (148:12) are written in bolder letters as is the word "excellent" at the end of the line זקנים עם נערים, לנשגב. The letters on the three lower lines are bolder and larger than the rest of the paragraph, especially the words "exalteth the horn of his people"(148:14) on line 18. .There is only one word in the last line of the paragraph: "Praise the Lord" (148:14) לעמו תהלה, הללו-יה.
