The green Torah^mantle consists of a cloak and lining. ##The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods and an opening at the back. The cloth's borders are decorated with a row of rhomboids situated between two silver bands.A heart formed with branches encloses a dedicatory inscription written in rounded filled letters: "וערבה לה' מנחת מרדכי בן רפאל בן ובניוא]...[ אסתר ובניו ואחיו שלמה ולען)לעילוי נשמת( ואמו תמך)תהיה מנוחתה כבוד(". "And guarantor to the Lord/the present of Mordehai the son/of Rafael the son of Yav[...]/Ester and his sons and brothers/ Shlomo and for the exaltation of the soul of his father and mother may her rest be honoured". A Star^of^David decorates the inscription's bottom part. The bottom part is decorated with a seven branched menorah and with a geometrical pattern composed by rhomboids on each side of it.
