The candlestick is composed of a base, shaft and a socket cup. The square base has a round raised base in its center that is decorated at the edges with a chain of flowers and bears a dedicatory inscription in square filled letters which reads: "נדבת האשה שרה אשת יונה טזלצינסקע ז"ל " "This is the donation of the woman Sarah wife of Jonah Tsalzinskah may he rest in peace".  The undulating shaft emerges from a vase decorated with acanthus leaves that radiate outwards at top. The Body of the shaft is composed of three parts. A smooth vase like unit surmounted by a thick ring decorated with oval medallions and topped by a convex circlet with radiating petals. The cup socket is shaped like a vase with a base decorated with sections and the top edges widening outwards.
