The dark red Torah^mantle is made of silk. ##The rectangular cloth cloak is made of two parts and is attached at the upper border, leaving two openings for Torah Scroll rods. It opens in its lower part on both sides. Industrial ribs are attached to the cloth's borders. The cloth bears an embroidery decoration of a wreath encircling an hebrew inscription and a latin dedicatory inscription. The hebrew inscription is embroidered in filled letters and reads: "טוב לחסות ביי מבטוח ##באדם" )תהילים קיח,ח( "It is better to trust the Lord than to put confidence ##in men" (Psalms.118:8) A torah^crown~ apears above the wreath flanked by an inscription wich reads: "כ % ת" "Crown of % Torah (int.)" ##The cloth bears decoration of embroidered flowers. The dedicatory inscription is embroidered in linear latin letters in hungarian and reads: "Nehai ##Kassovitz ##mor ##Emlekere (=In memory of) ##Novi Sad ##5693=(1912) ##(5)668=(1908)"
