Fol. 225, by Yaakov ben Hayyim: Two concentric circles, divided by intersecting lines into ten panels, contain the Tetragrammaton written ten times with varying vocalisation within the circumference of the outer circle; and the double letter yod (abbreviation of the name of God), written twenty times with varying vocalisation round the circumference of the inner circle. The words and letters are framed. An undulating scroll with a bird above the circles, is inscribed:וזו היא צורת אותיותיו וניקודם  (And this is the form of His letters and their vocalisation). The circle appears in the treatise Or ha-Sekhel.
