© Center for Jewish Art, Photographer: Laor, Liora, 03.1995

The installation is composed of a long stripe of unstreched canvas and a picture framed with perspex and tin, joined to its right edge. Together the installation represent furrows (unstreched canvas) that lead to a stone house with a tree on its right side. The brown furrows are depicted as long lines along the lower part of the unstreched canvas. Above the furrows there are three beige broad lines. The black stone Arab house and the black cypress tree are painted with a blue sky in the background, but with no ground represented beneath them.
