The silver dedicatory plaque is round and bears a dedicatory inscription. It is framed with a interweaved decoration and has undulated eadges. Underneath the inscription there is a vegetal decoration. The inscription is repousee in six horizontal lines,in full squere letters and reads from top to bottom: " קדש לה'## זאת הפרוכת##לע"נ )לעילוי נשמת( מזל בת שלמה ## המרה זל' )זכרונה לברכה( שנלבע" )נפטרה לבית עולמה(## יב תשרי התשכ"ז## ת נ צ ב ה"## "Dedicated to the Lord##and this is ##the Parokhet## For the exaltation of the soul of Mazal the doghter of Solomon ##The Madam of blessed memory which passed away ##at 12 Tishrei 5727($$11967)## May her soul be bound up in the bond of life".
