The rectangular parokhet is made of yellow silk.

The parokhet is decorated by embroidery in Susani technique in the colors: violet, yellow, light blue, green, red, blue, white, purple, dark violet, orange, and pink. The center of parokhet is depicted by a big flower encircled by a star bearing small Paisely motif. Big Paisely motif and other foliate motif stem from the central decoration.

The frame bears Paisely and floral motif alternating. Blue cotton is attached to the edges of prokhet. It bears an inscription which is embroidered in orange silk in outline letters and reads:

טוב שם משמן טוב ויום המות מיום הולדו !(Ecc. 7:1)!

A Torah^Crown appears above the inscription, bearing an inscription: כתר תורה !Crown of Torah!

Another crown appears on the upper left corner bearing the inscription:

כתר שם טוב !Crown of Good Name!

The left panel of the frame bears the inscription:

יעלזו חסידים בכבוד ירננו על משכבותם !(Ps. 149:5)!

The dedicatory inscription is embroidered on an additional piece attached to the upper part of the parokhet. The inscription reads:

קודש ביהכ!נ לעילוי נשמת מתתיה ב)בן( דוד דיל תנצב!ה שנפטר##לב!ע)לבית עולמים( בד' לח' אב הנ!)המנחם=?( תרצ!א בן מ!ז שנה זכרונו לברכה ולח!עו!הב)ולחיי עולם הבא(

!Dedicated to the synagogue for the exaltation of the soul of Matitiah son of David Dil, may his soul be bound up in the bond of life (int.), who passed away on fourth in month Av, (5)691=(1931), in the age of forty-seven, of blessed memory, and for life in the world to come (int.)!
