  Torah ark curtain from the Rumbach St. Synagogue, Budapest, 1873

The green parokhet is made of silk. The parokhet is rectangular and composed of three pieces. A dedicatory inscription, in a medallion decorated with heart motifs, depicts the center of parokhet. A Torah crown appears above the dedicatory inscription with the inscription, reads: כתר תורה "Crown of Torah " The dedicatory inscription is embroidered in outline letters and reads: ז"נ )זאת נידב( כהרר )כבוד הרב, רבי(##קלמן## גרינוואלד## ע"ז )עם זוגתו( מ' אסתר תי' )תחיה(##בשנת ת'ר'ל'ג' לפ"ק "This was deonated(int.) by the honourable Rabbi, R.(int.)Greenwald##with his wife(int.) Mrs. Esther, may she live(int.)##in the year (5)633=(1873)"
