  Sacred and Ritual Torah Ark curtain, 1931
The rectangular violet parokhet is made of cotton velvet. The parokhet is decorated with The Ark of the Covenant It is surmounted by Tables of the Covenant and a Torah Crown flanked by winged lions. A palm tree stands on both sides of the lions. Ribbons encircle the parokhet. A dedicatory inscription embroidered in outline letters appears at the centre of the parokhet, and reads:
נדבת לב /האשה מ' רבקה תי (תחיה) / ש' ת'ר'צ'א' לפק' / לזכרון בעלה / כ"ה (כבוד הרב) יעקב שטיינער הלוי / ע"ה (עליו השלום)
Translation: A generosity / of the woman Mrs. Rebecca, may she live (int.)/the year (5)891=(1931)/in the memory of her husband/the honourable Rabbi (int.) Jacob Stiener Halevi/may he rest in peace (int.)
A matching Kaporet is attached to the parokhet. It bears the inscription:
