The silver Torah shield is a scalloped rectangle and terminates with a crest. It consists of a plate.

It is decorated symmetrically with a central axis. Protruding Tablets of the Law are depicted in the center. They are inscribed with the ten commandments, five on each side. Below the Tablets is an empty rectanqular frame. Draping the Tablets is a curtain made of leaves. It is in the shape of a pointed arch and there is a flower at either corner. Two corinthian columns flank the composition. A large conch fills the base. The ground between the columns is decorated with a diamond grid pattern. There is a four dot diamond at each connecting point. The ground between the column and frame is decorated with a smaller diamond grid pattern. A dot is located in the center of each diamond.
