Im Hintergarten dieses Grundstücks stand bis zum 9.November 1938 die Synagoge der jüdischen Gemeinde Zittau.
Sie wurde an diesem Tag völlig zerstört.
Wir gedenken aller jüdischen Menschen, die Opfer des Faschismus wurden.

Translation: The synagogue of the Zittau Jewish community stood in the back garden of this property until November 9, 1938. It was completely destroyed on that day. We commemorate all Jewish people who fell victim to fascism. 1989
