Description:
The monument is located in the Northeastern Alley of the cemetery, along with dozens of other Holocaust memorials built by Landsmannschaft organizations, survivors, and relatives. It consists of a concrete frame forming a rectangular gateway, within which a dark stone slab is set at an angle. The slab bears an engraved depiction of the former synagogue of Wysokie Mazowiecki. Metal plaques mounted on the sides list the names of victims. Underneath the plaques, there is a metal relief with a Star of David, meant for a memorial candle. The monument is sorrunded by short stone posts connected with metal chains. The monument bears Hebrew inscriptions honoring the community's memory. The community name is emphasized through the use of a larger font size. Inscriptions indicate that the monument contains the scroll with the names of the community's victims and the ashes community's victims, who perished in the Holocaust.

Translation: In memory of the martyrs of our city / who perished in the Holocaust / “For these I weep” [Lamentations 1] / Memorial Day, 11 Shevat.
On the memorial candle holder, in Hebrew:

Translation: The candle of the Lord is the soul of man [Proverbs 20:27] / May their memory be blessed.
